Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using ValoAi, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What ValoAi provides
ValoAi provides market intelligence, structured trade recommendations, signal updates, educational content, product updates, and related tools through its web app and communication channels. Features and supported markets may change as the service develops.
Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
ValoAi provides information and decision-support tools, not personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, or fiduciary advice. Nothing on the platform is a promise that a trade or strategy is suitable for a particular person. Users should consider their own circumstances and, where appropriate, obtain independent professional advice.
Trading risk
Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of part or all of the capital committed. Crypto assets, leveraged products, tokenized assets, commodities, equities, and other markets can be highly volatile. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses. Users are responsible for position sizing, leverage, stop losses, exchange settings, liquidity, slippage, fees, taxes, and all final trading decisions.
No guaranteed results
Market outcomes are uncertain. Past results, examples, screenshots, testimonials, trade updates, target hits, backtests, or historical performance do not guarantee future performance. A signal may fail, be cancelled, hit a stop loss, experience slippage, or become invalid because market conditions can change quickly.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing every recommendation, confirming market conditions, deciding whether a trade is suitable, and managing their own accounts. Unless ValoAi expressly launches a separate authorized execution feature, ValoAi does not place trades, control exchange accounts, or take custody of user trading funds.
Eligibility and lawful use
You may use ValoAi only if you are legally permitted to enter into these terms and to access trading-related services in your location. You are responsible for complying with local laws, exchange rules, tax obligations, sanctions, and restrictions that apply to you.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your password, verification codes, devices, and account access secure. Do not share login credentials or allow unauthorized use of your account. ValoAi may use security and fraud-prevention controls to detect suspicious registrations, repeated trial abuse, automated activity, compromised accounts, or other misuse.
Trials, subscriptions, and access
Access may depend on trial status, an active subscription, or payment confirmation. A free trial is intended to be used only as permitted by ValoAi and may be limited by account or device-based abuse controls. ValoAi may pause or end access when a trial expires, a plan expires, payment is not confirmed, a charge is reversed, or the account violates these terms.
Payments and refunds
Users are responsible for selecting the correct plan and payment method and for providing accurate payment information. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers or confirmed through supported transfer or USDT methods. Unless a specific offer, applicable law, or written ValoAi policy states otherwise, fees already paid are not automatically refundable solely because a user changes their mind, stops using the service, or experiences trading losses.
Fair use and prohibited conduct
Users must not misuse the platform, create accounts primarily to obtain repeated free trials, automate abusive registrations, circumvent access controls, scrape or copy paid recommendations for unauthorized redistribution, resell account access without permission, probe or interfere with the service, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or use ValoAi in a way that harms users, infrastructure, or third parties.
Intellectual property
ValoAi's branding, software, interface, original content, structured signal formats, educational materials, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners. A subscription gives the user a limited personal right to access the service; it does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, resell, publish, or commercially distribute paid content unless ValoAi gives written permission.
Third-party services
ValoAi may rely on exchanges, data sources, payment processors, cloud providers, analytics providers, messaging services, and other third parties. ValoAi does not control the availability, pricing, execution quality, outages, policies, or security of third-party services and is not responsible for losses caused solely by a third party outside ValoAi's reasonable control.
Service availability and changes
ValoAi aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet failures, cloud outages, exchange outages, delayed market data, software defects, or other events may temporarily affect the platform. ValoAi may update features, supported markets, pricing, access rules, limits, and communication methods as the product evolves.
Suspension and termination
ValoAi may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce these terms, respond to legal requirements, or address unpaid or reversed payments. Where appropriate, ValoAi may allow a user to contact support to clarify or resolve an account restriction.
Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ValoAi is not responsible for trading losses, missed profits, liquidation, exchange losses, market moves, user configuration mistakes, or indirect or consequential losses resulting from a user's decision to act or not act on market information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
ValoAi may update these Terms of Use as the product, legal requirements, pricing, or service model changes. Material changes may be communicated through the website, app, or account email where appropriate. Continued use after updated terms take effect means the user accepts the revised terms.
